Get a stalled AI initiative into production
RAG, agents, copilots, and document intelligence that already have a champion and a messy prototype.
- Evaluation, not just a demo
- APIs, identity, and cost controls
- Observability and a rollback path
The first purchase
Most AI programs stall after a demo. The Saabsa AI Production Sprint is a fixed-fee working engagement: we pick the use case worth shipping, map the architecture and risk, and hand you a package your CFO and security team can approve—or a written recommendation not to build.
Built for mid-sized teams that already know they need AI in production and do not need another workshop. You keep every artifact even if Saabsa is not the builder.
What you walk away with
Two or three candidates ranked on money, data readiness, integration load, and compliance. Weak ideas get killed in week one.
Target design for retrieval, agents, APIs, identity, logging, and cloud. Written so InfoSec can argue with it.
The number the sponsor will watch, the staffing plan, and a yes/no on building now. Includes a fixed quote if the answer is yes.
The three jobs we sell
Cloud, Kubernetes, and ETL are how we ship—not a third consulting practice. If your problem is not one of the three below, we will refer you.
RAG, agents, copilots, and document intelligence that already have a champion and a messy prototype.
Patientree, DataXPipe, ForgeMeter, or Lease Exit patterns inside your stack—faster than a greenfield build.
HIPAA-aware architecture for clinics that need scheduling, intake, reminders, and EHR-safe assistants.
After the sprint
Two weeks. Scorecard, architecture, ROI, go/no-go. This is the only thing we ask a new buyer to purchase.
A thin vertical slice in your environment: retrieval or agent, APIs, evaluation harness, and a real user path.
Security, CI/CD, observability, cost caps, and the workflow change so people actually use it.
Optional retained squad for the second wave. We will not sell this until the first system is live.
Fit
We are a senior delivery partner, not a bench of interchangeable hours. If you need bodies on an existing Jira board, we are the wrong firm.
We will not run a two-day ideation offsite. The sprint assumes a real workflow, a system of record, and a sponsor who owns a number.
We will answer a serious RFP. We will not pretend a sprint replaces your vendor process. If you already know the problem, the sprint is usually faster than writing the RFP.
We can work inside large programs later. The first two or three Saabsa clients should be 50–400 person companies, clinics, or product teams that can sign a two-week SOW.
Tell us the workflow, the prototype, and the number that has to move. We will tell you whether a sprint is warranted before you pay for one.
